The first changes to employment law as a result of the Employment Rights Act 2025 are now in force, and more changes will take effect throughout 2026 and 2027.

Following on from our April 2026 update (which you can access here) we have prepared an ERA 2025 Compliance Health Check. This is a simple 12 question form which will help you to quickly assess your organisation’s ERA 2025 exposure.

Copies of your answers will be sent confidentially to Cunningham Legal. We will then contact you by email to offer a free, no obligation, review meeting or phone call to discuss your situation and to identify what, if anything, needs to be done.

There is no charge for this meeting. We find that a 20-minute call is usually enough to establish which ERA changes are most relevant and to outline the options.
